Nataliya was a participant in the Wings of Youth Work project.
I was a lucky one, who received an open call from a partner organization in the mailbox and decided to apply right away. Five days before the seminar buying my tickets to Slovenia and joining the team of people for the third stage of the Wings of Youth Work.
This is about taking chances, being open to new opportunities and new people. This is about being proactive and adventurous. About being alive.
During these four days spent in Trbovlje I was learning and sharing, creating and gaining my wings. These meetings help youth workers keep on going, get inspiration and support from other motivated people.
It is so easy to burn out in a youth work, but if you have a team around the globe, you feel like your wings are growing bigger!
